I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2009, after graduating from the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Fort Lauderdale. The program required over 550 hours of hands-on training, which laid the foundation for the focused, therapeutic approach I bring to every session.
My journey into wellness began long before massage therapy. I was born and raised in the UK, and in 1983, I started competing as a bodybuilder. I trained under the Amateur Weightlifting Association and eventually became a world-class champion in women’s weightlifting, earning top rankings across the UK, Europe, and worldwide over a decade of competition.
Today, I bring that same discipline and understanding of the body into my work. I offer mobile massage therapy throughout Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas, specializing in therapeutic, sports, and medical massage. I’ve also worked in local clinics and volunteered in the community, always striving to support others on their path to wellness.
I’m a proud member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and remain in good standing with the National Council of Massage and Bodywork Association. Outside of work, I stay active — I ran the Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon in 2007 and 2008 and had the honor of donating my time at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
My goal is to help people feel better, move better, and live more fully — whether they’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to restore balance in their bodies.
